 This study proposes a hybrid model of tag rugby incorporating the N-Fun Feeling Approach and the sports education model. In the development of this model, we examined the process of learning and teaching needed to make the model function effectively, along with changes in learners and teacher experiences. In proposing the hybrid model, we focused on Kenta, a child who exhibited problematic behavior, and assessed how the model functioned when applied to him and how he changed in response to it, examining ways to make the hybrid model function effectively. We also conducted an investigation with a class wherein the hybrid model was introduced, and this highlighted the importance of “humanistic education,” “approach to the ‘fun of feeling movement’,” and the “perspective of improving skills.”
