Abstract

The reporters gave same theme to several same children for each grade continuously having them to compose dance to make technical analysis and showed the compositions to other student for their appreciation in order to find out the mutual relationship between expression and their appreciations Results are as the followings: 1) The fifth grade children of primary school are found to be the changing point of dance expression to the theme of "STRONG BLOWS", and in the sixth grade children of primary school was shown much increased expressional ability of their feeling in the forms of movement giving general construction of the dance. 2) In the appreciation to the work produced, much span of understanding for the theme and for the image of the given material was noticed. However, the nature of "STRONG" which lies at the base of it was understood of very high feeling valor. Generally speaking, in the appreciation for dance composition, it is considered that there are feeling qualities to be "JOY" or "SORROW" and at the base of which there are feeling forms such as "STRONG" or "QUIET". Therefore, it is estimated that these feeling are making very important function between the dance expression and its communication.
