The purpose of this study is to know the influence of temporary cementation by zinc oxide eugenol cement before final cementation with zinc phosphate cement and to compare the retention force of crown.
Further more, abutment tooth was measured by roughness scale and was observed by scanning electron microscopy (SEM). Also, vertical dimentional changes with cementation was measured. From these observations, following results were obtained.
1. After temporary cementation, temporary cement was remained on the surface of abutment tooth were observed by SEM.
2. After temporary cementation, the surface roughness of abutment tooth was decreased.
3. Regarding the vertical dimensional changes after cementation, it's greater on specimens after temporary cementation.
4. Regarding the retention force of cemented crowns, it's greater on specimens after temporary cementation.
