STUDY ON A X-RAY APPARATUS WITH SILICON-COCKCROFT CONDENSER

Abstract

A new type of condenser, silicon cockcroft condenser which has cockcroft-Walton circuit was originated by the authors. In order to make out the cockcroft-Walton circuit, the following materials were used. 1) A small-sized high voltage silicone rectifier with a series circuit to a silicon rectifiier, in which surface passivation was applied. 2) a lot of condenser data. Then this silicon-cockcroft condenser was applied to a x-ray apparatus. The results were reported here.
