It is believed, heretofore, that X-ray doses which are radiated from the one peace-full (half) wave rectification apparatus are not regular, even though the product of a X-ray tube voltage peak value or X-ray tube current mean value, and radiation time is identical, unless each wave is identical. The present author reports as follows. Supposing that a voltage wave is a sine wave and a current wave is trapezoid wave with an optional saturation angle, in the same apparatus, a X-ray tube current saturation angle changes only by the relative relation of each wave peak value of tube voltage and tube current. From the fact, the author indicates the quantity of beam by a saturation angle function and gets the quantitative relation with it.
