抄録

Scientific knowledge-based decision making is the ever increasing needs of the contemporary society aiming at resilience and sustainability. JSHWR was established to help solving such needs from water aspects of society together with all stakeholders. It is JSHWR’s mission to take proactive role for promoting scientific knowledge-based decision making by transdisciplinary approach.
