Abstract

The satisfaction questionnaire survey to 130 patients who received the radiation therapy was done in this research. We used Rough-Sets to extract rules from the questionnaire survey. Various items related to the satisfaction and dissatisfaction were able to be extracted using Rough-Sets. As a result using Rough-Sets, we showed items they were satisfied were a waiting room and medical staff. When treating patients in the linac room, it was greatly related to patient's satisfaction whether radiological technologists ease patients' mental status or not. The quality and quantity of discussion with medical staff were greatly related to the satisfaction. We can say that Rough-Sets can extract the rule from the questionnaire survey with difficult extractions like patients who can't answer about questions honestly.
