Abstract
The behavior of swallen upheavals around the discharge point owing to condenser discharge has close relationship with discharge scattering and short circuiting.
Especially, if we may know the speed of swelling-up after the discharge was experimented, some unknown problems about mechanial phenomena of discharge can be made clear.
This report shows the measuring equipment of swelling-up speed of upheavals and the result obtained from measurement.
In this result, the time from the beginning of swelling-up after dincharge to the occurring of short circuit, is 7001500 micro-seconds under the condition of 200 Volts, 100 micro-farads, and it is long enough compared with discharge duration (3050 micro-second).
The writer, besides, inade some consideration on several unknown problems about electrical discharging, presuming from the resultant.
