Analysis has been developed on the mechanism of the high temperature superconductivity of oxides by using the theoretical framework of the new frames in physics. Various characters of electron fields are investigated. A new physical concept called "the Mobius state", such as, spin Mobius, orbital Mobius or spin-orbit coupled Mobius state, is introduced. Importance of the phase factor of the electron field has been emphasized, which can explain the Larmor diamagnetism and the Meissner effect by a few equations, A fundamental dispersion relation on the proposed coherent photonelectron field complex has been derived, The result is presented in the ω-k plane, which indicate that 3√n/m << 4.82×1039(n:electron density; m: effective mass;4.82×1039 is a simple value for Cu) might be crucial for obtaining the enhanced photon-electron coherent complex, so that, the occurrance of the high temperature superconductivity, A short review on our experimental results of PbBiSrCaCu-O system is added.
