Potter sequence is a condition in which renal and urinary tract abnormalities during fetal period result in amniotic fluid deprivation and symptoms such as lung hypoplasia and limb deformities. Although there are a wide variety of causes, the degree of renal insufficiency and pulmonary hypoplasia determines the prognosis after birth. Therefore, cases with amniotic fluid deprivation from early pregnancy are considered to have an extremely poor prognosis. When a poor prognosis is expected, there is a concept of perinatal palliative care(PPC), which focuses on maximizing the quality of life and comfort of the infant while respecting the values and beliefs of the pregnant woman and her family. We report two cases in which we were able to provide PPC under multidisciplinary collaboration in a Potter sequence in which poor prognosis was expected.
