Phase Change Materials (PCM) is one of the heat storage devices and it is a key technology for waste heat recovery. PCM possess a great capacity of accumulation of energy in their temperature of phase transition between liquid and solid. Thus, it is of substantial importance to understand the thermal transport property of the PCM in both solid and liquid state. In spite of that, there are few reports about the thermal conductivity of the PCM in liquid state. This work evaluates the thermal conductivity and the electrical resistivity of the liquid Sn-Bi alloy which is one of the PCM.
