Participated in IPI-ConfEx 2017, which is the first international patent information conference to be held in Europe this year. Every year, IPI-Award winner of that year is announced there. This year's winner was Dr. Michael Dixon. The award ceremony and the Gala party were held at the historical BRANCACCIO palace in Rome in Italy. Dr. Dixon had worked for Derwent Co., and had engaged in the development of WPI-CPI and Markush structure-search. Therefore he had made a significant contribution to the international community in the field of the patent information. The brief participation report was described as one of PD committee members.
