There are many inhomogeneities such as current, front, eddy etc. in the ocean. It is considered that the eigen rays of long range sound propagation are affected by those inhomogeneities. First, the cycle ranges of SOFAR ray are calculated in the area with different sound speed profile. It is shown that the cycle ranges are varied smoothly or discontinuously according to the boundary position between the difference of sound speed profiles. Next, the variation of eigen ray pattern for the 3 profile area are obtained. It is found the periodicity of eigen ray variation for moving profile boundary.
