Perception Gap of Communication Skill between Managers and University Students

Abstract

According to the annual report of Federation of Economic Organization, the employers are most concerned about quality of communication skills over the last 11 years. High quality of communication skills is required by the companies. However majority of new graduates may not be aware of this trend. This study attempts to investigate if there is a gap between companies and university students. Our results show the gap exist between companies and university students.
