Abstract

About 17 years passed since we started clinical application of the endoscopic microwave coagulation therapy (EMCT) in 1981.
In this report, we give an outline of recent equipments and techniques of the endoscopic microwave coagulation therapy (EMCT) for early gastric cancer and investigate its position in terms of long term clinical results in our hospital.
