Prospect of Open Data on Labor Division of Scientific Research

Abstract

Taking trans-discipline aiming at solving social problems out of consideration, I prospected open data focusing cycles of scientific-paper reproduction by analogy to Industrial Revolution. I expected researchers to emerge capable to select required data even form another discipline. Scientific-research-data circulation does not always mean “open and free” but makes data “available for access and re-use.”
