Present environment and energy situation of Shenyang city in China is reviewed at first. The comprehensive studies for emvironmental cleanliness of Shenyang city such as 1)study for improvement of alkali soil 2)study for the spread of biobriquette combustion 3)study for the spread of an economical desulfurization process are introduced.
