Introduction to the search support function of JDreamII, the document retrieval system for JST bibliographic database, focusing on recall improvement for information retrieval

Abstract

In the field of information retrieval, the improvement of recall and precision has been a problem since the dawn of information retrieval, and the experience of information professionals has been relied upon until recent times. JDreamII, which was released in April of 2006 has various search support functions. And in this article, the functions which particularly support recall improvement are introduced.
