In order to provide the "reasonable accommodation" of information reliably, it is necessary to improve the information accessibility. Information accessibility is insufficient now. From now on, the originator of the information should be responsible for the information accessibility. For not only administrative agencies, but also the private sector, it is necessary to strive to improve the information accessibility as one of social responsibility.
