This study aimed what effects get from the Mixed Action adopted LAL & HERR. From this study, we get the conclusion as followings. 1) LAL had some effects that by gathering small sites, LAL could form some large sites where HERR wanted to build houses and community facilities. 2) HERR had some effects that any residents who lost their houses to live for LAL Action, could come to live in community houses which were supplied by HERR. 3) Both of them could give some effects each other, on demolishing and rebuilding many old houses, through the preparing of grants for their housing improvement. 4) In this mixed redevelopment action, the roll of HERR came to limit to improve private spaces, such as owner-ocupaided houses and no other public spaces.
