The purposes of this paper are to introduce a coordinates system into PCATS, which is a micro-simulation model system of individuals' daily activity behavior, and to evaluate transportation policies by PCATS. First, the improvements of PCATS and the Markov Chain Monte Carlo (MCMC) Algorithms are described. Next, the reproducibility of the MCMC method is analyzed. Finally, the transportation policies are evaluated as a case study in the central part of Kyoto City. This paper shows that more detailed analysis of traffic behaviors becomes possible by introducing a coordinates system into behavior simulation than relying on a zone-based system.
