Abstract
In order to implement the Mobility Management, which is the transportation measures that urge people to change their travel behavior voluntary, we should develop the communication measures which are used to contact many people, less cost to implement. In this Paper, we conducted two experiments to investigate the factors which affecthe response rate ofthe survey. It is indicated that several strategies such as the rewards which is given before the survey, and the distribution measures that investigator directly give the questionnaire to the subjects, were efficient to raise the survey response rate.
