The Study on Process of Formation of Local Governance of transport community development

Abstract

 It is necessary to cooperate with governmental sector, enterprise sector and civil sector to make the transportation and urban planning and develop the community sustainably. This paper aims to identify the role of community development activities with “Multi-partnership Association” in Hirakata City, reviewing planning process and partnership building. As a result, several significant views were obtained as follows. The role and the way for the three sectors to cooperate at each stage. The significance of the event with a community based on locality.
