Abstract
Decline in population of rural areas in Japan is a serious problem in recent years. On the other hands, migration from urban areas to rural areas can attract attention as regional activation. Therefore it is important to promote “UIJ-turn” migration by acceptance policies of population inflow. In this study, we constructed “UIJ-turn” migration model to analyze effect of acceptance policies of population inflow on the migration at first. Then, factors about “UIJ-turn” migration were clarified in questionnaire survey for immigrants. Finally, we could give several suggestions concerning direction of acceptance policies of population inflow.
