1. The factors for the white margin in the Japanese morning glory are:
Fa, fa Fb, fb>Fa and Fb work complementally for the fomation of the white margin. Neither factor can produce the white margin by itself.
Fb, fh-Fh acts as a complete inhibitor.
Ff, ff-Ff acts as a partial inhibitor.
2. fa links with d (contracta) in about 1% of crossover, and fb with nn (Nandina) in approximately 0.5%.
3. Ff links with c (white flower with colored stem), the frequency of crossover being roughly 20%.
