小兒腎臟結核

抄録

In our dermato-urological clinic 37 cases of tuberculosis of kidney in children were observed during exactly 14 years, ranging from august 1920 to august 1934.
1) Numbers of patients of the tuberculosis of kidney during the last 14 years (from august 1920 to august 1939) were 929, in which 37 cases were children under 15 of age i. e. 3.98% of the total number of patients of the tuberculosis of kidney.
2) The youngest one was 4 years and 10 months. Under 5 of age there was no case but this one. In 14-15 of age the cases are most numerous. i. e. 1 case in 1-5 of age, 7 in 6-10, 29 in 11-15.
3) Sex of the patients: boys-24, girls-13 cases.
4) Affected side of kidney: right-8 cases, left-8, both sides-6, undeter-mined-15.
5) Cases which have familiar anamnesis on the tuberculosis were 7 and transmitted tuberculosis to other organs were 13. Complications were phthisis pulmonum (14 cases), lymphadenitis tuberculosa (4 cases), arthritis tuberculosa (1 case), epididymitis tuberculosa (3 cases) and tuberculosis vesicae (36 cases).
6) Urological examinations as phenolsulfonephthalein-proof, cystoscopy, pyelography etc. were held in these cases.
7) The retroperitoneal nephrectomy was performed under general or lumbar narcosis on 8 cases.
8) Pathological-anatomical classification after Wildbolz of removed kidney is as follows: well developped state 7 cases, end state 1 case.
9) In these operated cases, 3 were cured, 1 became better, 1 died 8 years after the operation, 3 were not cured.
