Spectroscopic data of Mo is important for impurity diagnostics of future fusion plasma device such as ITER. We recorded EUV spectra of highly charged Mo using CoBIT in the wavelength range of 200-300 A. This wavelength band have not been investigated previously with any other EBITs.
