Abstract
The phase shift analysis of the proton-He4 elastic scattering at 29, 40 and 55 MeV is performed. The opening of inelastic channels are taken into consideration by indroducing inelastic parameters, that is, by using the complex phase shifts. Our results are consistent with those derived from the meson theoretical nuclear forces (K. N. O. S. phase shifts). The phase shifts of proton-He4 scattering show strong energy and state dependences. D-wave phase shifts are negative in the low energy region and the l-s splitting in the D-state shows the inverted doublet splitting up to 55 MeV.
