Abstract
The dielectric constant and dielectric loss have been examined as a function of composition (1−x)Pb(Fe1⁄2Nb1⁄2)O3-xPb(Mg1⁄2W1⁄2)O3; at x=0.10 interval, temperature and applied voltage. Maximum dielectric constant and minimum loss together with the reduction of the Tc peak value (as a function of applied voltage) exist at x=0.10. Alternatively, our theoretical considerations confirm the experimental results of tanδ for compositions containing x=0.00–0.20 in the system (1−x)Pb(Fe1⁄2Nb1⁄2)O3-xPb(Mg1⁄2W1⁄2)O3.
