Basing on a unified picture changing from ferro- to antiferro-electric phase through a glass state, 87Rb NMR–NQR spectra are derived theoretically for each phase of hydrogen-bonded mixed crystals Rb1−x(NH4)xH2PO4 and their deuterated systems. The spectra have been compared with the observed NMR signals in rather good agreement. Proton (deuteron) glass structure is discussed from the viewpoint of local resonance techniques.
