熱交換器を内蔵した国産膜型人工肺(NK肺)の乳幼児開心術への使用

Numerous studies have demonstrated the superiority of membrane oxygenator over the bubble oxygenators during extracorporeal circulation. Recently a new type of membrane oxygenator with heat exchanger was developed and 20 cases of cardiac surgery in infants and children were performed with this oxygenator.
The purpose of this report is to describe our clinical experiences in cardiac surgery with the use of this oxygenator.
