Abstract

In this paper, the author investigates about the stresses, deformations and free lateral vibrations of the circular cylindrical shell stated in the heading, mainly from the point of view of the theory of circular shell under the action of the end disturbances, and reffers to the investigation of the elastic buckling strenght when sach a structure is used as an axially compressed member. The orders and out-lines of the contents there described are as follows.
