Abstract
At 10 years after the start, engineering ethics education is prevailing within the engineering students. However, looking for the practicing engineers, several difficult problems appear as barrier against learning ethics. Engineering ethics does mean an ethics for the person engaging works to utilizing science-and-technology to the human life. Therefore, its significance is not only to the partial society of engineers, but also to the overall society along with the developing industries. From this standpoint, education for students and for engineers both are discussed to clear their problems.
