Under the Coronavirus pandemic, an on-line meeting system is just beginning to be utilized for meetings, academic conferences and university lectures. The interaction event of students and civil engineers which is held by Chubu branch of JSCE every year was conducted by utilizing such system in 2020. This paper reports about the planning process, knowledge obtained through this event and evaluation questionnaire survey result. From the questionnaire survey for participants, it was found that the satisfaction level of students tend to be higher than engineers. In addition, it was found that the number of students who attend to a interaction event should be 3 to 10 for effective implementation.
