STUDY ON SOCIAL CAPITAL CAPABILITY OF LOCAL CIVIL SERVANTS FORMATTING JAPANESE MANUSCRIPT FOR JOURNALS OF JSCE - EFFECT ON ATTITUDE AND RETROSPECTIVE ANALYSIS FOR COMPACT CITY POLICY -

Abstract

Along with searching of the supporter of compact urban layout in the future, the relation between the attitude of local civil servants and their Social Cap ital Capability (SCC) which had been paid attention in the planning field for forcusing on coproduction, collaboration, partnership or cooperation in these days was clarified. Attitudes and attitudes change were produced by one shot lecture (OL) that told the meaning and the possibility of the policy of the compact city. It is also found that usual personal attributes are not effective to explain the level of SCC of each servant. Retrospective analysis that inquires personal life history and experiences is executed to investigate how each SCC has produced and thrived.
