Abstract
This study focuses on communicative measures through multiple media including mass-media. We tried to implement communication thorough radio program, website, travel feedback program (TFP).
This study found that communication through each media is possible to promote people's voluntary travel behavior and attitude, and combining multiple communication methods can be more effective together than alone. Relationship between accessing each media was also showed. Contacting each media can trigger a cycle of contacts through word-of-mouth communication.
