ANALYSIS OF EFFECTS OF ICT IMPLEMENTATION ON IMPROVING PRODUCTIVITY IN FISHING PORT AND MARKET TOWARD WORK-STYLE REFORM

Abstract

 Targeting the promotion of ICT implementation towards work-style reform, the author has clarified, by analyzing data monitored for sales operations and interviewed from the persons concerned, that the computerization of auction and bidding sales is effective in preparing and issuing invoices as well as reducing the labor and the time required and the lead time between receiving and shipping fish products. The measurement of the benefits of ICT implementation has also been obtained through this analysis.
