Abstract
We introduced project management education integrating leadership education using simulator and Project Based Learning (PBL) in engineering graduate school. Many simulated experiences allow the students to imagine actual manners to take leadership. The students apply pseudo experience by using simulator to the PBL. It is highly effective to apply conscious leadership to a project. Because, there are many opportunities in order for students to do leadership actions in PBL, enabling them to accelerate the growth of leadership. A 360-degree assessment was carried out before and after the course. In another six months after the course, we conducted follow-up interviews and Emotional Intelligence Quotient (EQ) assessment. As joint result of simulator and PBL, we made sure that the students developed their leadership actions in a real world.
