We conducted lectures in the Japanese manufacturing spirit (Monozukuri philosophy) at Philippines universities, with the aim of securing advanced foreign human resources. First, we developed global teaching materials and the method of Monozukuri philosophy, and conducted a simulated lecture by Japanese lecturers. In addition, we trained Philippine lecturers who can lecture in “Japanese-Style Monozukuri philosophy” in the Philippines. We conducted a demonstration lecture by Filipino lecturers. We will report on the effectiveness of these lectures and their suitability for Japanese manufacturing industry by making a comparison to the results of Filipino and Japanese students on the comprehension self - check sheet, and the exam at the end of the lecture.
