In this study, we examined multiple-dimensional conducting skills (MCSs) and the ecological cognitive loads (ECLs) imposed on the competitors of the 44th WorldSkills Competition (WSC) “Information network cabling” competition, and then conducted an analysis of the causes of underperformance (UP) problems. We also collected knowledge about developmental structures that lead to structural differences in the cognitive loads that result from proficiency level differences and the suppression of cognitive loads. Herein, We clarified the conducting skills to be acquired at each developmental stage in the unlocking training loads method to suppress and avoid the UP problems in High pressure situations.
