The flow of data science education at Muroran Institute of Technology from conception to implementation is shown. We have established the position of data science education as a base for science and engineering, and are implementing it as a comprehensive mathematical data science and AI education in cooperation with other information and mathematical foundations. In the first half of the data science lecture, students intensively learn basic statistics and ways of thinking, and in the second half, specialized professors give lectures in the form of case studies on the position of data science in machinery, architecture, civil engineering, chemistry, physics, and marketing.
