Hokkaido University of Science has been doing English learning support program in the term of remedial education, for freshmen who have difficulties in English. However, under the situation of COVID-19, this program should be held online. The aim of this paper is to report what and how has been done in the online support. Firstly, the authors give an overview about some previous reports on this program. Secondly, who used the program and what was carried out are detailed. Lastly, reflections and problems are discussed. This paper suggests that participants who join this program tend to get higher scores on the terminal English tests, at the same time it is difficult to let the students join the online program.
