Abstract

In Tottori area, collecting and training human resources is a very important and urgent problem in order to develope rural industries and their technologies, because of their low labour productivity and value added productivity. But it is not easy to solve the problem rapidly.
Now each enterprise buckles down to collect and train human resources, in staking its survival, with the self-sustained spirit and authorities' aid in this area.
We have been carrying out "practical education of engineers" for students and "training extension course" for rural engineers in our college and have made not a little contribution to collecting and training rural human resources. Through these practices, we now believe that it's necessary to cultivate and construct industry-college-authorities co-operated education in order to collect and train rural human resources.
In this paper, we report our practices on collecting and training human resources, suggesting the "Joint Education" which should be organized through the trio co-operation.
