The school of Information Environment (SIE) in Tokyo Denki University consists of two Departments. The Cooperation Project "Basic Project B" between Industries and SIE had been opened for junior students. The purpose of the "Basic Project B" is to have firsthand experience of Problem-Based Education for the engineering field problems. This subject corresponds to implement an internship as part of the curriculum. The collaborations between students and companies are performed by "Project Management System" which is based on Web system. This program is very effective for Problem-Based Education.
