Abstract
Assertive community treatment (ACT) and outreach services are psychosocial interventions developed to address community mental health problem. ACT is a high intensity, integrated, community-based model for delivering clinical and other social services to individuals with severe mental illness. Outreach services are useful in providing services to clients who would otherwise be unable to access mental health specialist. In Japan, however mental health practitioners can get and use materials and reviews about psychosocial interventions, community mental health services are not sufficed for estimate from need survey. I indicate one recovery case by outreach treatment and interprofessional team management include mental health user (peer supporter).
