CO₂ laser tratment for syringoma

Abstract

Syringomas usually treated with electrodesiccation or surgicalremoval of skin like a blefaaloplasty in the past. This report descrives a techniqul for precise removal of syringomas using CO₂ laser which lead less reccurrence rate of these tumors.
