Thiamine propyldisulfideの薬理作用

抄録

By the administration of a large dose of TPD caused rise in blood pressurs, stimulation of respiration and acceleration of heart beat in rabbits. However, it depressed the beat of isolated heart and dilated the coronary artery.
TPD showed synergical action to adrenaline, but no effect on acetylcholine action.
