An autopsy case of Recklinghausen's disease in 4I-year-old male was reported. The skin manifestation of the patient was slight with a few soft tumors, but without any pigmentation.
The symptoms of central nerves increased gradually, and died in hemiplegia and coma.Autopsy showed multiple neurofibroma of the central nervous system, mainly of the spinal cord.
