A 36-year-old female with acute erythroleukemia was described.
In the initial stage megaloblastoid erythroblast were seen in the peripheral blood, and bone marrow were almost replaced by megaloblastoid cells.
In the terminal stage myeloblasts increased in the bone marrow in place of erythroblasts, showing clinical picture of acute myelogenous leukemia.
She had history of occupation in handling with benzol, however it was not clear whether benzol had related with the onset of this disease.
