Two intersting cases of spontaneous perforation of the sigmoid colon was reported.
In the first case, the perforation was observed through in the mesenterium. This is the interested case which performed the big tumor of feces.
The second case was the adenocarcinoma which performed at the anterior wall of the sigmoid.
